Sprezz is operated by Studio Maré. You may request a refund of your most recent payment within 14 days of purchase.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to subscribe.
- Submit a refund request through the Paddle portal, or contact us at support@sprezz.studio and we will arrange it on your behalf.
- Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel recurring subscriptions at any time from your billing dashboard. After the 14-day refund window, cancellations stop future renewals but do not refund payments already made for the current billing period.
